Lee- Anne, Anjuli and Nisha made the entire four day stay truly memorable. They offered incredible service and were extremely kind and helpful. We loved the location, just out of the way of Old Town but close enough to all the sights by bus (right outside the hotel). We especially enjoyed the dinner menu as it catered perfectly to vegetarians with a great selection of vegan meals as well. Our room had a lovely view and we had a wonderful experience.

We stayed at Braid Hills Hotel for the first 3 nights of our honeymoon, and had a fantastic stay! Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Location was a bit far from downtown, but easy enough to get everywhere using the bus, and there was a bus stop right out front. Food in the restaurant was good but a little pricey. Hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable.
