Hotel was clean, rooms were spacious. The toiletries provided were great quality! Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Could have done with a bit more choice. Right near the bus stop which was a 25 minute spin into the heart of Edinburgh. Staff were helpful. WiFi was a bit dodgy and there were occasional loud noises during the night.

Friendly greeting. Lovely room, spotlessly clean. Plenty of lifts to get to floors. Bar staff chatty and approachable great choice of drinks and food . Fast with both. Free parking (what a bonus) bus stops just around the corner although taxis were quicker to get into Edinburgh town. Would highly recommend and use again. Loved Scotland!!!

Yes breakfast was fresh and parking was easy x The room was huge and very nice but a few noticable stains on the beautiful carpet and on the settee which i would have thought easy to remove. We thoughly enjoyed our stay x Staff were very friendly and helpful xxx

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Nice big car park and only a few minutes taxi ride into Edinburgh. Was a good location for going to the corn exchange. Only 2-3 miles away.
