Great stay at the Linen Bank, Check in was quick and easy friendly staff. Room was exactly what i need for a one night stay. The bed was really comfy and got a good sleep. Room temperature was good but easily adjustable if needed. Enjoyed my early morning Coffee before setting off home. Would recomend and hope to be back next year.

We were in Room 16 which had amazing views over “The Cross” in the town centre. Felt like Royalty! A bit noisey as there was near constant traffic noise from the cobbled streets but the view more than made up for it. The room was spacious, the kitchen useful and the bathroom luxurious … but the automatic bathroom light did go off while I was in the shower and required me to open the door and wave wildly :)) Great place to stay with parking included and a few complimentary breakfast items … even a pint of milk. Really well appointed room and a comfy bed.

This is a beautifully restored property but it is on a cobbled street where the traffic is going past and it is worse than sleeping alongside the A1. Thankfully we only booked for one night because we got very little sleep.

Linen Bank has been renovated to a high standard. Fabulous, very comfortable. Jim was the perfect host, welcomed on arrival and shared info on area. Highly recommended. Close to Stirling, Glasgow & Edinburgh too.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location eas perfect, close to transportation, shops and dining. Very safe and quiet area. The hotel was lovely. My room was beautiful, clean and spacious with all the amenities. Bathroom spotless and loved the soaps and body wash. Great shower with good water pressure. The kitchenette was great with coffee, teas and some snacks. TV great with many channels. Heat and lighting panel very nice. So many sockets everywhere a plus. The bed and linens were so nice. Had the best sleep!! Beautiful view of the palace. Easy check in and checkout. Residence very attentive to inquiries. Very helpful and kind staff. I would definitely stay her again, highly recommend !!!!
