TV was not operational upon arrival but inhouse maintenance rectified shortly there after. Cable TV offerings were, respectfully, very, very limited. No sports, only a few news channels and old game shows. Many individual channels were actually dedicated to a SINGLE show. Bed was OK, if a bit soft, but certainly clean. This hotel is, overall, a decent option if quick (walking distance) access to the UAB Hospital is a prime concern (ours) but certain, often typical amenities expected or offered at many other accommodations (light breakfast, standard cable TV offerings) are missing. Low bathtub sides with no safety grab bars to aid entry and egress make baths safe only for the young and fit. On the bright side though, the front desk staff were excellent.

It's a nice hotel right in the UofA. There's a ton of great shops and restaurants around and is a short walk from Whyte Ave. The staff were amazing! We were in Edmonton as one of my best friends passed away suddenly, and Liz went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed and was super supportive and kind. I can't say enough about her customer service and the great team at Campus Tower Suite Hotel. Staying here was cheaper than a boutique hotel right on Whyte Ave, but the rooms were just as lovely, and the kindness of the staff really won me over. It's our new go-to hotel in Edmonton for sure!

All was well except for the air conditioner units which are very loud. The ear plugs were appreciated but they have min., effectiveness. Attentive and friendly front desk service. Excellent location and parking is a bonus

I stay at Campus towers often because it is so comfortable, clean and friendly. The staff go out of their way for guests, the beds are super comfortable and the little kitchens mean I can bring in groceries or take out if I feel like it.
