The staff I dealt with were good, the overall room conditions were pretty old and stale. The bedding was not satisfactory (clean but not comfortable) the fridge in our room was surprisingly cold which I did appreciate. Location was good. Not sure if I will stay here again.

The concierge rooms are worth the $20 extra. Breakfast is included along with two glasses of wine for each person each evening and light snacks. The concierge room is a lovely place to relax. We appreciated the hotels location and the absolutely wonderful staff who were always so kind and helpful. The hotel itself is looking a bit tired these days but the mattress was firm, duvet fluffy and pillows supportive. We will stay here again next time.

Staff was friendly. Older hotel, room was small but clean. Main sliding doors not working and 1 small door for all guests to enter and exit from. Parking elevator is very cold! No hotel information in room and had to contact front desk to ask where ice and vending machines were.

The room was nice, if a little dated. The headboard fell off the wall when I went to plug in my phone lol. But the staff is very hospitable, the food in the lounge is very good and reasonably priced, the parking is very good for downtown Edmonton, and walking distance to Rogers place. I'd stay here again.
