Bring your own bedding!

Girls trip for a concert - booked a junior suite for 4 of us. The “pull out” had no sheets pillows or blankets when we asked for some we received 3 top sheets and 2 pillows. We asked for more pillows and they said they were sold out and had none - one of the girls was pregnant and needed more as all the pillows were flat and terrible. No blankets were provided, the room was not cleaned or tidied even. Overall the hotel is dated and cold

Please if staying here, make sure you check everything over in your room. We came for the Morgan Wallen concert. I Booked for 2 nights, earlier in the week I cancelled the Friday night stay as we werent coming until Saturday for the show, I receievd a phone call Saturday morning asking if I was coming, letting the lady know that we were and already on the highway. She did tell me that I still had to pay for Friday night as it was not previously cancelled. We get to the hotel and it took 55 minutes in line to check in. Find a easier faster way for guests to check in especially when a big event is happening. Our room we got was 1504. We walk in to find our floor drenched with water, I phoned front desk right away. 30 minutes later a man comes to look and says our fridge is leaking and he was going to be bringing a new one in. By the time he came back with the new fridge we had to leave to the concert. We left and retured at 12:45am. When we returned to our room after the concert we found our room door PROPPED OPEN AND NOT CLOSED.the maintence man did not shut our room door when he left. Frantic looking to make sure my purse and belongings werent gone. Thankful no one noticed that and went into our room. The staff didnt care This morning at check out they refunded me my Friday night stay for the fridge leaking & the floor drenched. The beds were rock hard, bath tub plug to drain did not work. There are some wonderful staff, but others need more training in customer service.

They would not let me change my reservation and if I did we’re going to charge me the same amount for one night, for what I paid for two nights. Rooms are seriously outdated, blood on sheets, bathroom sink was disgusting.

Convenience to the LRT system was the best part of the hotel. Pretty old and needs some real love to bring it back to life. Only paid what I did because how easily I could get to the stadium to watch the Morgan Wallen concert. Outside of that I don't think I would have stayed here.

Staff told us room wasn’t ready when it was 3 hours after check in time and it was a sold out night for a concert and we were going to have to get ready in the public bathroom. Couple next to us had the same thing happen. When they said they could give us the room we went and found eyelashes in the bed. Room was not very clean, old and not worth at all $700.

Very outdated. Pillows were terrible and when we asked for an extra blanket it was full of holes and falling apart. Someone dropped a bottle of wine at the elevator, I mentioned it and the half fast cleaned it, floors were sticky the whole time we were there. The rooms need updating. Not sure I’d stay again.

I found the hotel quite charming and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The one thing I noticed that there were no usb charging. Had I not brought my own charging cube we would have had to go an buy one. Might be something they maybe want to provide to the rooms.
