This is large conference centre with a small hot breakfast which we enjoyed. We came during the off season so it was pretty quiet.

When we arrived there where 2 homeless peopole out front of the hotel and then 2 inside demanding a room. THey were turned away I felt very unsafe. The rooms were dirty and very unclean. Staff were friendly. I had two rooms and we actually left the next day I couldn't sleep thinking how unsafe I felt half the hotel isn't even operational. I would not recommend staying here. We chose this hotel as it is connected to the Millennium place which thought be great to come and go from there with my grandkids but that hallway was full of food on the floor leaking roof and broken windows half boarded up. Huge disappointment

Disgusting

This is our second season stay at this hotel and it was terrible. We were in for family function. There was no hot water for 3 days, check out day it was fixed. Completely dirty disgusting room as you can see in photos. I let attendant at front desk know, am hoping that they will accommodate something for me.
Definitely has not been cleaned in a very long time.
Dried up pee stains .
Beside fridge dirty obviously does not get vacuumed.

No issues!!! Great stay

Had a great time. Was just a day away… redeeming a free night. Staff was incredible. I was able to check in early, with no problems. Room was upgraded to a king. Temperature was controlled in my room. My only complaints would be… no microwave in the room and key kept erasing. I would definitely stay again.
