Rooms are neat and spacious with nice city view. The washroom toilet seat was equipped with heating and bidet which was definitely a plus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Edmonton. Didn’t use any amenities so can't comment on that.

Check in was super slow. You’d think they find a faster way to check vast amounts of people in 3 hours. No check in till 3 and concerts open at 6. Not efficient whatsoever.

The Check in process needs to be more efficient, took us 45min and our friends over an hour just to get checked in. They are asking information they already have on file like email and phone number, had to try credit card machine a few times as it was having issues, I noticed this happened with others around us checking in. Parking is not great, especially if you have a large truck and don’t fit in the parkade. Rooms are decent but King bed was rock hard. Location is great, not sure I’d stay again for an event due to parking issues and check in wait times.
