Bad just bad

We had to check in late so we didn’t really get a chance to do a full room review before going to bed cause it was dark and the rooms are very poorly lit, but once we woke up in the morning and I opened the blinds, there was mould on the ceiling and the wall was peeling And the bed skirt hat stains all over them, and it just was very humid when I brought it up to the front desk as well as hotels.com hotels.com was more understanding than the front desk was they had attempted to move us into a different room upgrade free of charge Which would’ve been fine but once you walked into the room, you were hit with a wall of humidity and again very poorly, lick one small window in the corner of the room, which wasn’t anywhere near the bed or anything. It was just a very bad experience my child and I did not feel safe walking to her car or leaving the building or even being in the building.
