We stayed 3 nights for a medical trip. The first night was good, very quiet. The room was clean. The second and third nights were absolutely HORRIBLE. There were multiple sports teams staying there that were all young teenage boys. These boys were reckless, loud and completely disrespectful. Riding the luggage carts around the lobby, and hallways, screaming and running around the building inside and out until 3am, running up and down the hallways screaming. Joy riding the elevators. No parental supervision at all. These kids also used the pool facilities and made it an absolute nightmare to attempt to enjoy. Fighting, screaming, beating on each other with the pool toys, jumping in and out of the hot tub. Not to mention that there was probably close to 40 of these kids all acting this way. The staff refused to do anything about this reckless behaviour from these young guests. It made our stay a nightmare. We will definitely think twice before ever staying at this hotel again, knowing they allow such reckless and disrespectful behaviour.
Breakfast was also a nightmare. These young guests cleaned everything out and the staff had a hard time keeping up with it. We couldn’t even have a coffee as there were no cups available to use. Every time the staff brought out new food, it was gone within seconds. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else to try and enjoy a quiet, good meal.
