Jacuzzi suite was very nice. Pool area needs serious attention. Water fountain feature is broken.toys for use:SUPER appreciated. Sauna O/S. “Hot tub”:like sitting in a tepid bath & no jets.Asked staff in the morning if temperature of tub could be adjusted for our use in the evening,was told it would be addressed,and after day of skiing,it was not nice to sit in tepid water.I did anyways,as my kids were in the pool; getting out to sit would have been worse, as the ambient air temperature is too low. Numerous other guests expressed their disappointment & displeasure with having to sit in the “hot tub”. Pool liner lifting, it’s been repaired but is loose on the step. Not really a big deal though.The low lighting is really great though. We all thoroughly enjoyed it, very relaxing. Had food delivered, it was left at the front desk. Took a bit for me to go down to get it (3 young kids staying with me). Front desk guy told me quite rudely “it sat there for too long”. If this was an issue, they should have either allowed the delivery person to bring it to my room (as I had the driver do the night before), or the staff simply bring it to my room for me.Or called me to remind me. The first night staying I called the front desk requesting extra pillows; waited 25 minutes & called again.Was told housekeeping staff gone for the day,no one had a key to access housekeeping. The first night wasn’t a great sleep. Housekeepers used kid’s blankets & stuffies to make bed beautifully, LOVED this
