hotels.com didn’t book me in when I used the app to book online. The staff said they hadn’t received my booking. So for the extra time it took to book me in they upgraded my room. No extra charge! Clean rooms Great staff A little out of the way, small price to pay for a beautiful room at standard prices.

Spacious room, very good conference facility, very nice hotel. Cons; Food services is a 1/10. When we did get our food (mine came after my wife finished hers), the food was great. An hour 50 minute from ordering and asking for our bill 3x, we left leaving our rm number with others still waiting for their bill. Most order salids and it to 1.25 hrs to come. The previous day, our order simply didn't come after an hr. The breakfast buffet, is a lowest level budget continential and not warm, but cold 3 days in a row. Constantly out of coffee, bread and other items. The conference buffet was the same. Cold, running out and waiting for food items to be replemished. The bar at the conf buffet served warm beer and wine until mid way when they got enough complaints and put the beer and wine on ice. In most part, don't expect much for food 'service' and make plans to eat off site. I wish this was our repeated experiences only, but is shared by many who attended the 3 day event. The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner each day with limited pub seating for the large conf group. Great hotel and conference facility, extremely poor food and food services.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and overall, everything was great. The only downside was the breakfast, it was the same items every day, which got too repetitive. But perhaps that’s because I stayed for a month.
