I don’t like where you enter the hotel from the parking lot….its not very clear where to go to get to reception/check-in. But staff are friendly and the rooms are very nice. Pricey rooms so it’s good they are nice and you are paying for the convenience (to the airport)

no compassion due 2 weather/sunwing/ Toronto crash

Actually i didnt get to stay this visit but thank you for asking how it was just opening the wound a little deeper. I was returning from mexico on sunwing after being stranded for 2 days due to weather and the plane crash in Toronto, so totally out of my control. You would let me rebook for the next night for another 470.00 which i declined I think u just lost a faithful customer due to your greed and unfairness
