The only issue I had with the hotel was arriving early and asking if my room was ready. They advised no rooms were available then when I pushed back they advised I can get an early check in for $20 - which meant there were rooms. I paid $20 to get into the room 1 hour earlier to get ready for a concert even though I had 2 rooms booked. When I advised I was Gold with Expedia they advised this was their policy. The only other suggestion I have is when there are major concerts going on in the city it would be nice for the hotel to have a shuttle (for a cost) to take people to and from the venue as the hotel is a ways from the stadiums.
