There is construction going on…parking is horrible .No special parking for hotel guests, so had to park in casino lot. Long walk to the hotel.no help with luggage. Wish Expedia would tell you if under construction .would have stayed elsewhere . Food was good, but restaurants need to either take reservations or not.changing their minds daily is confusing.The hotel itself Is nice and clean.

NOISY! Why would be be put on a floor loaded with kidS, whose parents don't give a crap to make sure they're quiet at two o'clock in the morning when they're running up and down the hall and yelling! There were no scheduled concerts.. I have no idea where the music was coming from...base was thumping til midnight. Fat Burger was SO disappointing, greasy and certainly not like i've had before for the price the qually was not there at all. First time staying at the hotel and the last. SO DISAPPOINTING!!

95% great stay

Our initial arrival was great. The hotel lobby staff was welcoming and great. Our room was clean and confortable. In-room service was fast and courteous. The Venue concert was amazing. We loved being up on the balcony. The gentlemen that taught me how to play Roulette was patient. We were not impressed by the bartenders in the center bar. I understand they have a lot of people wanting their attention. But when someone stand at the bar for 10 mins, and the bartender clearly notices you there but then takes the order of the person next to you that Just walked up to the counter.... you need to be more observant of your work space and customer. Over all it was a good new experience. We will definitely go to another concert at the River Cree.
