Very loud on top floor doors are extremely loud

This is my favourite hotel however, it’s the first time I have booked top floor of the tower and it was very loud. You can hear people in the hallways. The doors are extremely loud opening and closing as they bang.

Time for some TLC

Rooms in photos are nicer than the actual. The room I stayed in (110) is due for some TLC and cleaners could spend more time ensuring everything is clean. Faucet in the bathroom is loose and the whole assembly turns when trying to adjust water temps. One of the glasses in the room had coffee stains at check-in and needed to be replaced. I expect more for the rates being charged.
