The expedia site indicated breakfast available which meant a restaurant was attached. This was misleading as it implied included. The bed was also very tired and not comfortable. The staff were very freindly and helpful. The pool and hottub were a great addition and the gym was good.

I like the fact that it was close to the West Edmonton Mall which is why I picked that hotel for the location. However I had to change my room because I did not have any heat and when they put me in another room, I had the same problem. The heat came on but for a short time. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low and I could barely brush my teeth or wash my face. I did tell someone at the front desk, but nothing was done. I know they had issues with the pipes , but should you of put me in a room where everything was working. Did anybody else have an problem with their heat and water pressure in the bathroom sink?

Most confusing building layout I've ever stayed at. Plus got here and the pool is closed for maintenance, the pool and location were the main reasons I choose this hotel. Never staying here again.

The front desk lady was rude , and the main entrance to access was a bit confusing as there is Mike entrances but only one is usable prior to checking in… better signage possibly would rectify the issue

While a neat idea to open up onto the pool the noise when trying to get your kids to sleep is really bad. It was a busy night with a full pool and hot tub right until 10:00. We had early morning time calls and when you’re 9 and 6 you really can’t stay up until the pool closes. While I understand this is our problem we will probably choose to stay somewhere else to avoid this situation again.
