Bathroom door doesn’t close, the door needs to be either trimmed on the side to fit in the opening or adjustments to the hinges. Hotel rooms are showing age however the main lobby is very nicely decorated. Beds are hard and not very comfortable

Everything was excellent, the breakfast food was poor to acceptable. The room was awesome, very clean, and had no awful smells. The staff that was on schedule during our stay were the best ever. The only downside was that they have a train track very close by the noise will keep you from sleeping in the morning.

Was not impressed with how things were handled after I left. I accidentally left a plaid Shackleton hanging in the closet. I’ve called twice to enquire about it. Twice I’ve been told they will look into it and call me back. I’ve yet to hear from them! Very poor customer service in that regard. Too bad because otherwise top notch stay!

They accept pets which we really appreciated. They offer a full breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price. We were given a room that its window did not faced the outside. That made the room very dark and we had to turn the lights on all the time. Plenty of dining options nearby. However the area is not pedestrian friendly. The hotel and rooms are dated but it’s worth checking out their bar. The restaurant and bar manger was fantastic.

We are so happy to stay at the Sawridge. We stay at other places but always come back to the Sawridge. What upsets me are the Stupid reviews. Yes this Palace is real not brand new. The smells are great when you walk in
