‣ This is a Main Floor unit, and while we strive to minimize noise and tenants follow quiet hours, occasional footsteps and conversation may be heard from below due to the nature of the space.

⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
‣ We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours’ notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren’t always possible. If the home is ready sooner, we’ll let you know.

‣ Please double-check before leaving. Items left behind are stored for 14 days, then donated or discarded. Coordination for pickup or return will incur a shipping and admin fee. We are not responsible for items left, lost, or damaged after departure.

‣ We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. If you require postal service, contact a local post office for options. 💳 CANCELLATIONS
‣ For bookings where Contigo Properties is the payment processor, a 10% non-refundable processing fee applies at the time of booking. Cancellations and refunds follow the Contigo Properties Cancellation Policy provided at reservation for these platforms. If any site displays “free cancellation,” the Contigo Properties policy takes precedence. By booking, guests authorize Contigo Properties to charge the card on file per the agreed payment schedule and acknowledge that chargebacks for authorized transactions are not permitted.

We were in Edmonton for a week as a group of 5. My husband and I were traveling for work and my family joined us to help and have a little get away. The house was more than big enough for all 5 of us, it was very clean and the kitchen was wonderful. Street parking can be a little hard to find on the street out front depending on when you’re parking so the garage was really nice to have and gave me enough room to store my work between shows. We had a little surprise come up while we were there which was completely out of the host’s control but required us to contact the host. The host was easy to get ahold of, had the situation sorted within minutes and went above and beyond what I would have expected. I would stay at this location again and would have zero issues recommending any of the properties that this host manages.
