The Hotel Owner and chain should be ashamed.
This review is not directed at the quality of the Staff. They are clearly understaffed and are doing the best that they can, with the lack of resources provided to them. They acted courteous and respectful and did their job well.
Website is misleading, no restaurant attach
The room was in poor state of repairs.
Bathroom shelves were barely holding on, there are better shower heads at your local dollar store. Baseboards were not attached to the wall. In order to close your main room door, you needed to slam the door shut. Only one plug in the suite and it was not accessible to use.
TV channels and remote were not compatible.
Website advertised that they had cribs. When we arrived, they said they do not have cribs and could give me a playpen.
After reading other reviews, it appears that the Water slide has been down for at least 3 weeks for “maintenance”. The main swimming pool is small and only has 2.5 feet of water in it.
The “continental breakfast” was misleading and the most disappointment of all.
The seating space was cramped and no high-chairs available.
Breakfast options were white bread, hard boiled eggs, Special K cereal and Bran-Bud cereal. They had packages of butter, peanut butter and raspberry jam. Milk, 3 juice options, tea and coffee.
The Handyman was painting the 3rd floor hallways at 10:30 am.
No wet-paint signage, No PPE, No setup or cleaning the dirt/ stains first. Just adding “lipstick to a dirty pig.”
