Many things could be improved. Hotel was booked through Expedia. Website indicated daily housekeeping, but that wasn’t the case. Be aware that the hotel doesn’t provide housekeeping at all during your stay. This can be a limiting factor when staying multiple nights. We were there for a total of 4 nights. We were not advised of that fact at check-in. All hotels we’ve been to since the pandemic are back to cleaning rooms! I do not think it’s normal to have to ask for basic things such as toilet paper when staying in a hotel. If no housekeeping will be done in 4 nights, a hotel should anticipate that guests will most ikely need more basic things and stock up rooms appropriately. For example, 2 rolls of toilet paper, each half used will not be enough for 2 people who will be staying a total of 4 nights. It’s common sense. Many other hotel guests were asking front desk for towels and toilet paper. Also, a proper greeting and a little more interaction with guests from the person at check-in would make a big difference. It just looked like the person didn’t want to be there. Rooms have been renovated and do look nice. However, they are not soundproofed and the hotel doesn’t seem to keep up with the maintenance. USB plugs on the night table were not working. One side of the towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off. It would’ve been very easy to screw it back on during a housekeeping visit.
