Step into a piece of Edwardsville history! This beautifully restored 120 year-old home in the historic LeClaire neighborhood combines modern comfort with incredible original character, including beautiful doors, woodwork, and unique furnishings dating back to the 1940s.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with plenty of space for families and groups. Two spacious downstairs bedrooms feature comfortable king beds and Smart TVs. The primary suite includes its own private full bathroom with a large walk-in shower, making it a great option for guests who prefer the convenience of a main-floor bedroom and easy-access shower.

Upstairs, you'll find a third bedroom with 2 twin beds plus a huge refinished attic/loft that creates an entire second living space. Relax and watch TV, spread out for games, or use the dedicated desk/workspace to catch up on work or school. It’s a great bonus space for kids, teens, or additional guests to have an area of their own.

Downstairs, gather in the comfortable living room and enjoy the 75” Smart TV, or make yourself at home in the fully equipped kitchen with a dedicated coffee bar. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located just off the kitchen.
