Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee ...

Strand Palace Hotel
Everyone is special at the Strand. Staff takes pride in their work! Although the rooms are small, it is still good value for the area. It’s in a fantastic area to walk the themes and visit Big Ben along with shopping on Oxford!

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Excellent location, very nice room and very helpful staff. Very clean and great bar food! Check in and out were very easy. Very nice experience!
