Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen, aber...

Die Beschreibung ist missverständlich im Bezug auf das Parken. Parken kostet extra, darüber wurden wir ca. 2 Woche vor Reiseantritt informiert. Check-In über spezielle App, die sich die gesamte Familie herunterladen musste, um in die Wohnung zu kommen, denn Schlüssel gibt es nicht. Der Check-In war schlecht informiert, denn die App hat nicht funktioniert, weil das passende Gerät nicht in der Tür war und wir hierüber nicht informiert wurden. Im Bad gibt es genau 2 Haken für die gesamte Familie, um Handtücher aufzuhängen, sonst keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten. Wäscheständer - um Handtücher vom Strand zu trocken - gibt es nicht. Bereits zu Beginn des Urlaubs ist die Spülmaschine kaputt gegangen, was man uns erst nicht geglaubt hat und die Vermieterin dann insgesamt an 3 Tagen gekommen ist - an einem Tag bereits vor dem Frühstück! - und uns im Urlaub gestört hat. Wir haben somit den kompletten Urlaub selbst spülen müssen, über eine entsprechende Entschädigung wurde gesprochen, aber von Seiten des Vermieters ignoriert. Noch eine weitere Störung war, dass unbedingt ein Bild aufgehängt werden musste, wohin wusste diese Person selbst nicht.

Very good flat, so near the beach

We liked very much the stay in the Amstel beach app, everything what we needed was available. The beach is right there, the center of the town and shops are around the corner. Also communication with the host was very good, digital key worked in the end and a guest app with a lot of information was available. We warmly recommend this appartment!
