Our room was over run with flies which they didn't offer any fix, the handrail in the bathroom was broken, the milk was expired and the rooms heating had no adjusting so you cooked or when cold.

Perfect location for walking on Mt Taranaki

Pros: The Swiss theme and views. Comfortable lounge and good dining.
Nice peaceful holiday within easy reach of New Plymouth. Parks and gardens, museums, art galleries, restaurants.
