Beautiful apartment with fantastic sea views from all rooms. Terrace available. Renovated. 150 m walk to the sandy beach of El Campello and the small recreational fishing port. With the ferry to the island of Tabarca. Less than 10 minutes walk to Els Banyets de la Reina, a perfect area for snorkeling and visiting an archaeological site. Seven minutes walk to the city center and close to shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, press kiosk and boulevard. The apartment is ideally located. The complex has a swimming pool and tennis court and is entitled to parking space for 1 car. Bonalba Golf Course is 1.5 km away from the apartment.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning, with front sea views (one with 1 double bed and one with 2 single beds, with comfort mattresses - sheets 100% cotton included), bathroom (with shower and bidet - towels included) a modern kitchen and a large living room with air conditioning, with a sea view. The apartment is equipped with double glazing and shutters, awnings and with a roll-up screen. The apartment is equipped with WIFI.

Lovely spacious apartment with spectacular views all round. Well appointed with everything you could possibly need including bits like chairs & spades for the beach. Fantastic location with the beach, bars & restaurants across the road and the supermarket & tram stop a short walk away. Centrally located to explore other parts of Alicante. Our welcome from Ana was wonderful and she even called over when I struggled to work the washing machine The apartment was spotlessly clean too

We had no children with us, however I would have worried about the fairly low railing around the balcony. The views from the balcony were amazing. We really enjoying watching the beautiful sunrises and seeing onto the beach.

Check in was well organised and Ana met us as we arrived. Apartment was exactly as described, clean and well equipped with an unbelievable view of both the sea and the mountains! Beach was a 5 minute walk and it was a nice touch that there were beach chairs and an umbrella available. Kids were also connected to the Wi-Fi within 5 mins of arriving!

A wonderful apartment, very comfortable with bright and airy rooms, fantastic views across El Campello marina and town. Location is perfect, a 5 minute walk from the beach and all the brilliant bars and restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities. Lots of supermarkets within a 5-10 minute walking distance. Lovely clean pool, perfect for a refreshing swim. The tram is perfect to allow you to explore the local area from Alicante to Benidorm. We loved staying here and will definitely visit again in the future.

Fantastic holiday home

We stayed for one week at El Campello with two teenagers. Lovely spacious apartment which has been very tastefully decorated. Amazing panoramic views, beach almost a stones throw in distance, and family friendly pool. Recommend the ice cream shop just accross the road. Fantastic communication from both Carmen and Ana. Thank you....sad to be heading back to Scotland

Perfect getaway

It’s a lovely air conditioned property on the 10th floor with well sized lift. The sea views and swimming pool were great and the separate kitchen, good sized shower room and two lovely bedrooms both with views and balcony access are superb. The very spacious lounge diner is enclosed in glazing which all slide open to give a lovely breeze and and inside outside feel. We spent two weeks at the property and it was the perfect getaway!

Large apartment with lovely views of mountains and the Mediterranean. Located less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. Carmen, the owner, replied quickly, and communicated fully during booking process and follow up questions. Finally many thanks to Ana who looks after the property. Spectacular Views and Location

The location of this apartment can't be beaten. You have excellent access to the entire city with all kinds of shopping within walking distance. The beach is just a couple of blocks away. You are on the 10th floor and have this incredible view of the harbor, which is a working fishing harbor, the sea, and the town. Ana, Carmen's representative, is very responsive, so much for the good. Now the not-so-good. It is an old building, and you can hear noise from the apartment above. They were doing construction while we were there, which was very annoying. The Master bedroom has a leak above the sliding glass door that allows cold air in. That wasn't good for us as it was cool and windy while we were there. Finally, the internet was way below current standards. I am a digital nomad and have a lot of virtual meetings. I was constantly dropping the signal and having to reboot the modem. When I complained, Carmen had a service come out the next day (good for Ana and Carmen). But they fixed one problem: the connection speed, but never replaced the ancient modem. So I still had the problem. If you are not the heavy internet user that I am, that may not be an issue for you. Besides, I would be very surprised if Carment and Ana didn't have the modem changed out.

Carmen's apartment is superb, exactly as described and better than the photos. Check in with Ana who explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and Ana was very responsive to any queries we had during our stay. Thanks to Carmen for the welcome pack on the night we arrived. El Campello is a lovely Spanish seaside resort where we totally relaxed and disconnected from our lives back home. Highly recommend Carmen's apartment which has absolutely everything in it that you may need for your holiday.

Excellent accommodation and location

So glad we came across this accommodation, was exactly what it said on the tin! Clean, comfortable and had everything within close proximity, supermarkets, restaurants and tram. Flat has fab views and all you need for a self catering beach holiday. Carmen was very responsive and helpful to all my little queries and Anna who met us upon arrival couldn't do enough for us. We would defo recommend and we will be returning next year.

Lovely apartment in a great location, not to be missed

10 days of real comfort and pleasure, the apartment was perfect in every respect with more facilities than we've ever experienced in a holiday apartment before. Lovely big comfortable bed, quality linen and a 180 view of the mountains and the sea to die for. Close to all local amenities, shops, bars and restaurants and the beach was just a 10 minute stroll away. Booking and check in were so easy and any information we needed whilst there was always readily available. Carmen was the perfect host and Ana who looked after us while we were there was a great help. We'd recommend this apartment to anyone and we're sure you'll thoroughly enjoy their stay.

Perfect getaway

El Campello is much appreciated for its low key, local Spanish ambiance which does not cater to mass tourism. Carmen’s apartment is the jewel of this city with a perfect location and all your necessities in walking distance such as supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, ice cream, tramway, boulevard, beach, sea and port. The apartment offers comfort, convenience, is well equipped and has the luxury of a pool and a tennis court. To top it off, it has stunning views, a constant breeze, and two very charming hosts. Wonderful holiday

We cannot rate this property highly enough. A nice comfortable, clean apartment. Views from the 10th floor are stunning. 2 reasonable sized bedrooms. small but adequate kitchen but equipped with old fashioned brown Pyrex plates none of which were big enough to serve a full meal , a good sized bathroom with an ok shower.(water pressure not as strong as I would like) Shower head could probably do with cleaning or replacing. Largish lounge area with amazing views. Has a round dining table suitable for 4/5 persons. The TV has international channels but NO English channels it has France 24 an English speaking channel but who wants to watch French News in English ?? Fortunately there is a DVD which we enjoyed as we brought some DVDs with us. There were plenty of comfortable chairs to sit and admire the view. It was also very quiet and peaceful. Ana our contact was very helpful and efficient. She explained everything on arrival and was there promptly on our departure. All in all we had a very nice stay which was good value and would therefore not hesitate to return.

Absolutely loved this apartment. The view was amazing. The apartment was spacious and very clean and modern. Everything you needed for a fabulous holiday. We visited El Campello in July 2018. It is a charming Spanish village where mostly Spanish and French go on holidays. Very secure and quiet location ideal for families with small children. Apartment had everything we could ask for but its main beauty is ideal location. Only a very short stroll from a beautiful clean Sandy beach and a wonderful marina, very close to supermarket, shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes getting away from busy resorts that cater to British tourists but miss out on authentic Spanish atmosphere.

Stunning ......again!

We stayed at the apartment for a second time having enjoyed the time of our lives last year. This place really is heaven! Everything is on your doorstep - beach, pool, tennis courts, supermarkets, marina, tram line , bars and restaurants all just a stroll away. You also have the option of Alicante or Benidorm or many other day trips. And to top it all is the apartment with that view - with any advice or difficulties just a phone call away. This place is 20 out of 10!
