For those NOT WISHING TO USE CAR the villa is 1 minute walking from the local electric tram station, the tram goes from Sunrise villa to Campello on to Alicante and in the other direction along the coast wich gives access to the beautiful and varied coast line of this area, Alicante city, Benidorm and the magnificent San Juan Beach . The villa is comprissed of 4 double rooms with 4 twin beds and 2 kingbed, able for 8 persons plus a cupboard bed placed in groundfloor lounge, able for 2 more adults, (occasionally we can also provide 2 extra individual sofa bed, able for 2 more children); 1 en suite bathroom and 3 complete bathroom with shower, 1 independ0ent whirpool bath (jacuzzy), laundry room, 2 large complete fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, owen, microwave, diswasher etc., 1 LIFT PROVIDING WHEELCHAIR, OR ELDERLY ACCESS, 2 large lounge, one in the basement and the other one in first floor, with TV (Including all european football leagues free matches live (U.K, Germany, Italia, France, Spain etc.) and Champions league, worldchampionship etc. , DVD, CD player etc., gas central heating, private swimming pool , private car park inside, BBQ, 3 large covered terraces facing the sea and 800 spq. m. private gardens with palm, olive, pine trees and hundreds of tropical flowers.

Just returned home from a 7 night stay at this villa. We absolutely loved it! Host was very helpful and informative when we checked in giving us a tour of the villa. The two sitting rooms and two kitchens came in very helpful as we were a family of 8 people. We loved that the villa had so many extra towels and was literally a one minute walk from tram stop. Our party ranged from 2 years - 60 years old and it was easy to get around with use of the tram. We loved the outdoor space and private walk down to the beach (although pebbly) for a swim in the sea! The view from the villa is exceptional. The pool isn’t heated but our 2 year old had no issues getting in the water for about 30 minutes at a time. We’re really pleased with our stay and would recommend to other families. Thank you :)

We had a lovely stay at the villa. I miss waking up to those beautiful views. Great size, we all loved how there was so many different spaces to sit and eat or just relax with a book. The villa is quite dated and I think could do with a bit of attention in certain areas, however that is made clear in the pictures and the price, it also has a lot of charm and you really felt you were in an authentic Spanish home which I loved. I think the house particularly the kitchens especially the one downstairs could do with a really good deep clean. It’s the outside space that makes this villa special. The tram was great and easy to use. Location is good. Had good communication with the host one evening we came back to our air con not working we let the host know and he had it fixed within an hour. All in all we all had a fantastic holiday here and I would stay here again.

Excellent Villa with beautiful views and very good amenities. Great for adults and children. Everything provided. There are a few restaurants and bars 10 minutes walk away and El Campello is 10 minutes away on the tram. Will definitely return.

Don’t Be Fooled by the Beautiful Exterior—This Property Is Neglected and Misrepresented

There is nothing “luxury” about this home. When I booked, the listing said there were two king beds—but there was only one king and one full. The owner blamed translation, but it was clearly inaccurate. At check-in, we received one key for 12 guests and outdated coffee makers. The washer/dryer setup was unsafe—leaking water, full of lint, and lacking instructions. No fire alarms or extinguishers were present.We had no hot water for days and needed a plumber three times during our stay. Plumbing leaks were so expected, the owner asked us to empty a bucket every few days. The home was dirty—floors, linens, and furniture left everything grimy. Wi-Fi was weak and unusable in many parts of the house. Lower-level areas were filthy and unusable.Despite paying nearly 9,000 for a family reunion, the owners took no responsibility and blamed us for issues. A refund was denied, and Vrbo offered no help. I deeply regret booking this property and hope my review spares others the disappointment we experienced.P.S. I have photos and videos documenting all of it . Unfortunately VRBO doesn’t allow more space for all my facts

Advert is very accurate. The interior is a bit dated, but the pictures reflect that. Excellent location, with beautiful views. Ample accommodation, with 2 kitchens and loads of outdoor space. A stone's throw from the water, we had a great time. A beautiful place.

When we first arrived we were disappointed as only one bedroom was ensuite on the second flloor. There was one shower and toilet on the ground floor with no bedroom. On the second floor two bedrooms shared one bathroom (four people).There was also a bathroom with jacuzzi but no toilet. On the first floor there was bathroom which was shared with twin bedroom and 4 beds in a sitting room. We called the property manager because the shower on the first floor had no hot water and also the 2 showers up stairs where not working properly. These were fixed by 2 cleanes and the help of my husband. The sheets on one bed were torn which were replaced by cleaners. Overall the property needs updating. A bad smell in kitchen sink on the 1st floor. Had to sweep leaves up everyday to keep the place tidy. It was not worth the money charged.

Beautiful villa fantastic outdoor space and location

9 of us stayed in this villas in August age range from 11-82. On arrival we were met by German who arranged our transfer from the airport. He gave us lots of information on arrival about the surrounding area and the villa itself. The outdoor space was amazing, so much bigger than the pictures show. There were lots of shady spots which was great as it was 30+degrees. There were also lots of sun loungers around the pool which were clean and a good size. The gate to the beach provided direct access to the beach. The beach is pebble so sea shoes are a must however we found an easier way to access the sea just around the right side of the villa. The beds were comfortable with shutters on all the windows however we left them open to allow the sound of the sea to lull us to sleep at night. The kitchens were well stocked with everything you could need. There was also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bathrooms 5 in total! Included 3 good showers one bath and one toilet room on the bottom floor which was handy so you didn’t need to go upstairs from the pool. There is also a shower outside near the pool. There was a lift in the property however we didn’t need it Towels were provided Which saved in packing The tram is a 5 minute walk away and you are just 2 stops from El Campello (less than 10 mins), we also had a trip to Benidorm (around 50 mins on the tram) All in all it was a beautiful villa and we had a fabulous stay.

Excellent Villa

We have stayed at many villas in various Countries however, this villa offers excellent transport links less than a minute away, sea views and easy access to the beach. We were a party of 9 and found it so spacious and a bathroom for each room. Had a fabulous family holiday and would definitely book again.

lovely villa in a great location overlooking the sea, we went with our children and grand children lots of space for the kids to play, located close to a tram stop making it easy to visit the surrounding area, plenty of restaurants in easy reach by tram. The owner were very friendly and helpful a lovely holiday all round.

Fantastic girls week, beautiful villa suited our needs perfectly!

A group of 8 female friends, the villa was perfect with so much space, a great location with the tram so close by, on the beach with a great outdoor space, lovely landscaping. We had 2 shopping deliveries from Mercado which worked brilliantly (no car). There weren't any shops or bars locally that we could find, but you literally had to hop on the tram at the end of the road and you could go to Alicante, El Campello, Benidorm very easily, and cheaply, which we did. The lift in the villa was really helpful, the beautiful terrace which we decorated for a friends Birthday, the lovely clean pool and watching the boats, swimmers and people out paddle boarding right in front of the villa was fab! German was very helpful and accomodating, thank you. We will definitely be back!

Right by the sea!

Lovely traditional former family home right by the sea, you can go for a swim from the back garden (bring beach shoes as it's stony). Sunrise views are fabulous, loads of space for sitting, eating, relaxing outside. Fun pool to enjoy. Situated on a quiet street, 2 minutes walk to the tram stop, 7 minutes to El Campello which has shops, restaurants and lovely beaches, about 30 minutes to Alicante and 50 minutes to Benidorm. Trams are every half hour and cheap, clean and easy to use (get a Mobilis card from Alicante to make each trip even cheaper). Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms - a game of hide and seek here would be a challenge! Very friendly and helpful owner, who made us feel very welcome.

Beautiful villa with spectacular views

Owners were there to meet us and went through everything we needed to know about the Villa and how to use the trams and nice places to visit. When I contacted the owner during our stay he was very quick to respond. Thank you so much to the owners it made our holiday so much easier. You do need to use the tram if you wanted to visit anywhere or go to shops but the taxis service was also really good. We had our food delivered and there’s several takeaway places that also deliver. The Villa and pool were absolutely amazing, clean and equipped extremely well. Lots of different seating areas outside. The inside and outdoor areas are massive and plenty big enough for our family of 11. The sea views were beautiful. We will definitely be booking area. Thanks again for making our holiday so special.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa in a great location. Easy to get to from Alicante on public transport. Tram stop is a minute away but is very quiet. Plenty of room both inside and out. Well equipped kitchens. Only negative was wifi was only available in one room. Would recommend for a very relaxing stay.

Fabulous stay location is brilliant our host and his wife where great and very welcoming and provided useful info to access Alicante and Benidorm via tram. This property is front line and has steps down to sea, we went snorkelling which was amazing. Bars and restaurants just one or two stops on tram. Only issue during heatwave was we needed air con x

Authentic Villa with Fantastic Sea Views

Very tired authentic Spanish Villa. Although it can sleep up to 12 it was not comfortable for 10 adults. No dinning areas around the villa were set up for 10 adults. We had to move furniture between floors and add on tables. The bedroom that has four beds is really only suitable for children and I had four adult ladies in that room. No wardrobe space and it was very cramped and they had to live out of suitcases. Bathroom facilities are good. Two kitchens so we found everything we needed between the two. BBQ needed a good clean when we arrived also. Beds were comfortable. The outside living area and pool area are very good and plenty of room and the sea views are too die for. Pool was not ready for the summer season as it was merky and being cleaned. We were advised not to take the cleaning pipe out but told we could use it but it was not clean enough to use. Great that the villa is in a very quiet area which is what we wanted but just a three minute walk to the local tram. No local shops though. I ordered our groceries from Mercadona which is an excellent groceries delivery service. The owners were lovely people and very helpful.

Fantastic Villa and location

We were a party of 9 adults and 2 babies and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Villa. As there were so many of us we wanted somewhere where you didn’t have to hire a car and this location was excellent as the tram stop is literally at the end of the street but minimum noise can be heard from the tram. We had a few cloudy days but as the beach is right outside the garden gate we had a lovely swim every morning. Pack some crocs though as there is a lot of pebbles before you reach the sandy part in the sea. Walk to the right when you head down the steps leafing out from the garden and there is a little small pebble path into the sea which is easier than climbing over the bigger rocks like we did on our first day!! German was very helpful about the accommodation and nearby facilities and is there to greet you when you arrive. As we didn’t hire a car we ordered two shops from Mercadona, very easy to do- just register, add items and you are given a two hour time slot when available. … saves carrying all your shopping (drinks!) We all went to Benidorm one day for 2.50 euros per person, return, took about 50 mins but enjoyed and well worth a visit. Didn’t think I would like it but loved it! Pool was warm enough for us but cold for babies but as we had taken a small blow up paddling pool this was not a problem. Would recommend this villa for a lovely family break. So sad to be home, wish I was back there swimming in the sea! Thank you German and Maria x
