If you do not want to use your vehicle, tram within 500 meters of the villa takes you along the coast, Benidorm on one side and the other Alicante (including directly to the covered market of Alicante ).
The villa was completely renovated in 2012 and has all the interiors for your comfort. This is our former principal residence. The covered terrace of 30m2 occupies a place of choice in the extension of the dining room, it overlooks the pool and BBQ area: it is good to eat ... and take a nap ...
On the roof we have just finalized a 100m2 terrace with panoramic views of the sea ...
In the garden there are palm trees, cactus, olive and rear of the house is, away from the wind, space, table tennis and basketball net!
