The Space:

The home features spacious social areas and outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and entertainment. The garden includes a heated pool, BBQ area, and wood-fired oven—ideal for gatherings. Indoors, the house offers bright, stylish living spaces, while the master bedroom stands out with its private jacuzzi, delivering a spa-like experience.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full and exclusive access to all areas of HOP PARADISE, including bedrooms, bathrooms, social spaces, heated pool, BBQ area, wood-fired oven, and garden. Free private parking is available within the condominium.



The Neighborhood:

The property offers self check-in for convenience. Guests are supported by a host available throughout their stay, along with on-site maintenance staff daily from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Upon arrival, a housekeeper will provide all necessary house instructions.

Private chef services or additional housekeeping can be arranged for an extra fee.



Getting Around:

HOP PARADISE is located inside the private gated community “Playa del Carmen” at kilometer 204 of the new Panamericana Sur highway. The entrance is next to a REPSOL gas station with a minimarket and restaurant. After passing the station, take the dirt road to the right and drive about 500 meters to reach the entrance gate.



From this location, it’s easy to explore nearby destinations. Just 25 minutes away is Chincha, a city famous for its Afro-Peruvian heritage, music, and food. In 30 minutes, you’ll reach Paracas Bay, perfect for nature tours, beaches, and marine life. Pisco is only 10 minutes away, and Ica is about an hour's drive.



You’ll also find nearby supermarkets, banks, and shopping centers to meet all your travel needs.



Other Things to Note:

The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.



The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.



The property features a private terrace with a second-floor jacuzzi overlooking the lagoon and the sea—perfect for relaxing.



Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.



Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.

HOP PARADISE offers self check-in for a smooth and flexible arrival. Upon arrival, our housekeeper will welcome you and provide all the necessary instructions to make the most of your stay.

You’ll also have access to a dedicated host via WhatsApp throughout your visit, ready to assist with any questions or needs.

Our maintenance team is available daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. to ensure everything runs smoothly.

If desired, you can also hire a private chef or additional cleaning services for an extra fee.
