Very nice place, with attentive staff, close to the bus station. Only issue is the key hole to open the door are a nightmare, breakfast is subpar and there was no TV in the room.

The room was basic but very clean and quite spacious. It’s located near the bus terminal and 5 min walk to the Main Street but far side of the trail head of Fitz Roy. We liked and appreciated the hotel staff, they are the most kind and helpful people we came across during our 10 day stay in Patagonia.

Staff was the only great thing. Hallway was like an echo chamber. Noisy wooden doors banging on frames. Voice in the hallway seemed amplified. Difficult to sleep until after midnight and only until 6 am.
