The hot tub is STILL broken. Has been for YEARS!! The lady at check in didn’t tell me any additional info such as breakfast hours, wifi password or that I needed a separate key for the pool. Also, the handicapped room is all the way down the hall. It was a long walk for my disabled daughter.
