We loved the vibe and decor of the place. Natural and peaceful. The room was clean. Air conditioning in the room. Had a massage done by Louise and it was excellent. One of the best! The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had delicious food. More on the pricey side considering some of the restaurants around the area. Only small complaint was the coffee. Half full and not the best but their are coffee shops close by with delicious coffee and half the price you’ll pay. Otherwise we would stay here again.

Great location and friendly staff

The hotel app overbooked rooms but the staff did a great job at making it work. We were upgraded one night to a bungalow suite that was breathtaking. Location is great and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff at Happiness were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. The room and wider resort were always cleaned to the highest degree. The only constructive feedback I have is that the music was a little loud in the evenings but, that said, it always finished at a reasonable time i.e around 10pm. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would definitely recommend the resort to friends and family!

We had several issues during our stay here. The main issue was the massage, both me and my partner had one. Mine included a head massage but there was very little head massage, only a few minutes in the end and the experience was traumatising as the person massaging literally PULLED my hair and was super aggressive. My partner's masseuse had a cold and kept blowing their nose. Additionally the masseuse didn't introduce themselves, asked if the pressure was OK, nor handled the surroundings in a calm manner. We expected more from a massage in a place like this. When raising our issues with the massage we were taken very seriously by several staff members, we got refunded and our issues were taken seriously so I'm very happy about the service provided in this situation. Although the reception staff was super empathic and friendly, the service level in the restaurant was low and felt bare minimum. We had a few issues in the room but they were also quite quickly fixed so that was great. Lastly, the pool areas are not dimensioned properly for the number of guests. There's very few seats/beds by the pools and one morning they were completely full and no more seats/beds could be added. Additionally they don't provide you with umbrellas so even if there's seats they might be fully in the sun at 32 degrees with UV 11. The highlight was the beds, they were extremely comfortable and we slept like babies. The AC is also very quiet and efficient.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen guten Aufenthalt im Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das jederzeit bemüht war, unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Ein grosser Pluspunkt ist zudem, dass Ausflüge sowie Rollermieten direkt über das Hotel zum gleichen Preis wie extern gebucht werden können. Dadurch kann man sich den zusätzlichen Aufwand sparen und alles bequem vor Ort organisieren. Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es jedoch bei der Darstellung der Zimmerkategorien. Auf Plattformen wie ebookers werden nur bestimmte Zimmer angeboten, während auf den Fotos hauptsächlich die schönsten Zimmer gezeigt werden. Das kann zu falschen Erwartungen führen. Zudem ist der Service eher auf Anfrage ausgelegt. Dinge wie Zimmerreinigung oder frisches Wasser erfolgen nicht automatisch, sondern müssen jeweils aktiv bei der Rezeption angefragt werden. Das empfanden wir mit der Zeit als etwas mühsam. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir zudem einen defekten Wasserhahn. Dieser wurde zwar zunächst provisorisch angeschaut, konnte jedoch erst am nächsten Tag vollständig repariert werden. Nach aktivem Nachfragen hat uns das Hotel für diese Nacht unkompliziert einen Zimmerwechsel ermöglicht, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Service, jedoch mit Optimierungspotenzial bei Transparenz und Abläufen.

Für den Preis kann man mehr erwarten. Unsere Schuhe wurden in der Nacht von einem Hund weggeschleppt. Waren den ganzen Tag ohne Schuhe da. Aber ein Mitarbeiter hat sich dann die Mühe gemacht auch draussen zu suchen nachdem wir öfters nachfragt haben und hatten die Schuhe dann wieder.
