Nice, clean hotel. Very attentive staff. The beach behind the hotel is wonderful and the views from the pool are even better than pictured. We loved our stay. The hotel is about a 5-10 ride to the downtown but so worth the ride.

The hotel is on the beach with great views , I had the last room ground floor at rear of property near noisy road ( get a front room or don’t bother) hotel is very dated Staff are all very nice and polite ( I would give a special mention to a new girl ( Beverly ) she would talk to me even after her shift had finished and when I came in soaked from rain storm she offered to get a towel from service room for me again she was off duty ) I wish her the best

Nice clean room. Little patio outside which was nice. Great pool right next to beach. Staff were pleasant enough but not the most efficient. Breakfast was included and was pretty good. Beach in front of hotel was beautiful and very quiet.

Dangerous to cross the road, employees are lazy, they are in the Cellular Phone. I have to ask a Toilet Paper , but 4 workers around using there cell and the same with my sister in breakfast workers are around no fresh milk,no serving spoon but they already with their cell phone. Employee is luck of training.

All staffs are extremely friendly & helpful they tried all efforts to help what we need! Ordered us the scooter we wanted to rent at very reasonable price (pp 500 / C$15 for 24 hours! So that we could go different nice beaches such as Nacpan beach & Lio beach for surfing; which are 1 hr & 1/2 hr ride respectively from Doublegem hotel! So much fun & pretty safe as people isn’t drive fast on the street! We stayed in front of the pool with direct access from the back door of our room, very convenient although there’s a swimmable beach! The restaurant of hotel connected to the beach bar everyone is so polite & friendly!! The hotel is located at about 5 mins from town by motor tricycle taxi cost only pp100 / C$3. Shopping, restaurants, market, bars!! Me, my wife & my son of 16 yrs old we all enjoy staying at Palawan so much!
