We came a few days after the typhoon hit El Nido area, the resort communicated with us, their staff was amazing, the resort was very clean, great customer service - the food was excellent - we had a wonderful time given weather from the Typhoon that hit north during our stay. Fantastic staff, every single one of them, especially Val and all the others on the front desk, couldn't do enough for you. Room was very nice, great location, great cocktails in the bar.........really didn't want to leave and will be back for sure.

Very clean! Very kind staff. Good food, breakfast and drinks. Nice pool. They have a private beach called Papaya Beach, a very clean one too. The ride to the private beach is free with a great tour guide. The beach has great spot for snorkeling. I highly highly recommend this place!

The staff is amazing. Property is clean and the ocean is only 2 minutes away. Shops and restaurants are only minutes away as well. The food is great. The only negative is that they don't have an elevator/lift.

Excellent!! Staff is what really makes this resort. Shout out to Val from front desk who literally remembers every single guest name in the hotel. Also, Vince (server/bartender) who took care of us.
