Thin walls, decently clean.

Staff was less than accommodating when a problem came up. Issue was eventually resolved, but if customer service is a priority - I would expect more willingness to help from the staff. Room was clean. Desk chair was very worn, with the fabric flaking off. Neighboring rooms alarm sounded like it was INSIDE of my room at 5AM. Not clear if this was inadequate soundproofing in the walls or poor seals at the door. The re-grout job on the tub and tile was comically overdone. Breakfast was decent, about par I'd say. I'll probably look for something else next trip.

Worse hotel that I've stayed at in 25 years.

It was really disappointing, felt like we were staying at a motel 6! Don't let the pictures and reviews deceive you. Looks like its going out of business from the inside and they were only using q floor that had tape carpets, smell, and was not clean. The water in the toilets and shower keep making noise all night. When the toilet got clogged and we called the front desk, they told us to come down to get the plunger with no bag just like that. Minutes after they called us to make sure we returned the plunger! The breakfast was disgusting, the coffee was like drinking water. It was pointless to say anything to the staff as it didn't seem like there wasn't any management that care and just employees running it doing their best. I totally regret booking this hotel that felt worse than a motel. This is not a 3 star hotel it should be rated as a 1 to 2 star hotel.
