The breakfast was continental. The area was always nasty. The AC in the room was great. The floors felt dirty.I clean our floors myself and but the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The refrigerator kept frozen and we kept losing our vegetables. This was our second time to stay there. Was little disapointed.

Amenities were horrible. The first non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke and the second room the offered had a broken front door, torn window screen, toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the bathroom light didn’t work.

Do not stay here. We booked here to stay for a wedding we were invited to and the surprise we got when walking inside that room was horrible. Gum on the floor, disgusting floors, nats everywhere. The toilet was clogged . We called to ask for a new room and they said they would call us in 25-30 min . Never got a call, called back after that timeframe and was told by the front desk receptionist that she didn’t have a message to call us back. We immediately asked for a refund and went to a different hotel.

My room was not accessible by the stairs. Looked like they where running a sex trafficking scream out of the lobby. hotels.com would not give me a refund even through I did not stay in this dilapidated vile facility. I will no longer be doing business with either company. Do not stay for your own safety please.
Stairs to my room. I sent Hotels.com the picture and they found this to be acceptable. I did not as it is a life safety issue with in the case of the fire.
