This beautiful, new and comfortable vacation apartment for 5 persons is located in a private urbanization in Playa de los Arenales del Sol, one of the most beautiful golden sandy beaches of the entire Costa Blanca.



The bright apartment is kept in a modern, elegant and functional style.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen, with everything you need. It has a sunny terrace and a great roof terrace with barbecue, accessible by stairs or (shared) elevator, ideal for an evening drink in the company of friends or family.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning through ducts (hot and cold) and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Thus, a stay here is pleasant both in summer and winter, although the region enjoys a fantastic Mediterranean climate all year round. In addition, it is equipped with Wi-Fi.



The urbanization has a beautiful communal pool to relax by a refreshing swim.

The beach of Arenales del Sol counts with beautiful dunes and pine forests that have a great value for the environment and is a paradise for long walks on the beach, water sports of all kinds and romantic dinners in the 'chiringuitos'. Highly recommended is a visit to the Clot de Galvany Nature Reserve, an example of native flora and fauna.

The Costa Blanca offers beautiful beaches and coves and Alicante, Dénia, Altea, Calpe, Xàbia or Torrevieja are beautiful coastal towns, perfect for a day trip to get to know the local culture and festivals.

Excellent apartment

Very well appointed top floor apartment with breakfast sunshine on the front terrace and also a fantastic rooftop solarium.Lola was very pleasant and easy to communicate with, making check in and check out flawless - despite us taking a wrong turn and ending up going in the wrong direction!Will definitely return again in the future.
