We were after hours arrivals. Communication and information on how to access the hotel and room were very clear. The room and facilities were immaculate. The bed was extremely comfy, in fact the best. We could not work out how to put the aircon on, but the large window suffice to say, did the job. We would definitely recommend and return to this hotel. Thank you Daniela for your hospitality, it was superb.
