The hotel is in a great location right in the center of town but on a side street so it is very quiet. There is underground parking with direct access to the hotel The staff is very courteous , friendly and helpful. Massages at the spa were great. Breakfast was delicious with a large options of cold and hot dishes ( made to order) The only issue with the hotel is the BED. It was very very soft and extremely uncomfortable. The main thing we expect from any hotel is to get a good night sleep. This unfortunately did not happen. We woke up with back pain.
