Good service. Older hotel. Had a problem with several plugs in the room not working. Internet went out for more than 24 hours.

The room was very clean, bed and pillows were good. Tv worked great. Bathroom was good. For a little dated property the only things that were negatives were it was a little noisy and there are some sketchy folks wandering around the property. But the hotel does do a good job of trying to police it and warns you not to open the doors for people wanting in. The location worked great for us, easy walk to downtown. Bottom line, I would stay here again.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Very surprised there were no towel racks in the bathroom. And the heating/air did not seem to function correctly. Kept blowing out hot air when we turned it way down.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean, but outdated furniture. Very poor water pressure in the shower, I didn't wash my hair because i was afraid i couldn't get it rinsed out.

Awesome staff!!

We have a large project in Elizabeth City and frequently book rooms for our installation crews at this location. When needing to add an extra night at the last minute, George and Amber were extremely accommodating and offered outstanding customer service! Our guys prefer this hotel to others in the area.
