Picture frame above air conditioner was covered in mold. The tub was dirty (nothing a magic eraser couldn't clean) housekeeping couldnt keep uo and we couldnt get towels.

Terrible service-moldy damp rooms

Everything was damp in our room, it smelled like cigarettes and mold. The clothing cabinet was moldy and even our beds were damp. The ladies upfront were very rude and unprofessional at check in. We couldn’t get fresh towels after we asked 3 different times. Do not recommend.

Ok stay, very outdated & needs better cleaning

Location was convenient to the interstate. The standard King room was spacious. However, I have to agree with other comments. The hotel was very outdated, carpet (especially in the main hallways) was very dirty, half the mattress was comfy, the other sunk in, but most of all, there was very noticeable mildew in the shower all the way around (plus a vent just above the shower that made me feel uncomfortable). And, they require a $75.00 deposit when you check in that I do not remember seeing when reserving the room. Thankfully I did not see any bugs that others have complained about. Front desk staff not very welcoming.

I reserved a room at a well know large chain that was suppose to have wifi and a pool and lights that didnt flicker the whole time they were on in the bathroom or exterior doors that had you getting a new key to get into the hotel once or twice a day. So when i would get to the hotel at 2 or 4am i would have to fumble through multipe cards to finally admit defeat and as i was roomed as far from the desk as possible id have to walk all the way there and then ask for a new card... wait for the clerk to do it then walk back and finally get in. Each time it took at least 30 minutes out of my already small window for sleep each night. I missed a deadline I should have had all night to work on after checking in but couldnt as the wifi was down. I made sure the hotel i picked had an outside larger pool which this one advertised and in August it was tarped and inaccessible. Im not sure if it even had water in it. The single disk coffee maker would spew hot cofee everwhere as well. The only good thing i have to say is that on my check out day i over slept and when they called at 1115am waking me up they didnt fuss that i had to get my stuff out. Which i did in less than 30 min so not really like they had to wait long.

Honest review

Food was absolutely basic from cereal, plain yogurt, waffle maker and biscuits and gravy were good. The room on the other 315 or 318 that wing was aweful and should not even be open for public use until renovated and moisture issues are corrected. Mildew of course was a big deal specially in the bathroom. If we didnt check in at 11pm with 2 young boys id would have left and slept in the car because there is nothing better in that town. Beautiful service with the employees and lobby/ breakfast area seemed clean and tended for. But id question health and public saftey on the wing we were in. You can tell its years of negligence.

The room was clean, but the fan systems were tied to the heat lamps in bathrooms. The pool was out of service and supposedly, the plan is to fill it in rather than repair it. The fire alarm went off during the ealrly evening, so we walked across the street to supper. We came back and I asked of it was all clear from the fire department. They didn't even respond because the system goes off frequently.

The carpet felt wet. Nothing dried in the room. Found a slug on the wall. Pool hadn’t been prepared for summer and looked like it hadn’t been in years. Beds felt damp when you slept in them, and the piece decorating the top of the headboard was missing and the wood staples were poking out. Tub was falling apart with chunks of porcelain missing. Shower didn’t get hot. Staff just walked right in despite my BF trying to tell them we didn’t need anything. Key cards didn’t work the first time we tried them…and then 4 days later…and then the day before we left they had to call a mechanic to get the reader to work. Definitely would NEVER stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
