This is my go to every time I have to stay in Elizabethtown. They have the best customer service, the cleanest hotel, the best indoor pool, everything about the rooms is top-notch, and they’re one of the cheapest in town too. It blows my mind that anyone stays anywhere else.

The stay was fine, though the hotel was not impressive. Old, beat up furnishings. There was some mold in the giant bathtub, though I would not characterize it as "gross". My room was noisy as there were clearly several people above me and they were up and about all night.

I’d like to think the upper level has better rooms and that’s why this hotel has such good reviews (4.2⭐️!!!!) but we got put in a first floor room. A weird smell in the room was finally traced to the refrigerator which had a horrible rotten fish smell. We asked for another room and the gentleman was very nice and helpful and put us in another room down the hall. He mentioned it smelling musty and that someone had been smoking in the hall outside the room against the rules, but by this time it was 2 am and all we wanted was a bed. The dog smell was the first thing I noticed and the fact that the baseboard had been badly dog chewed right inside the door. It did indeed smell musty and someone had obviously smoked INSIDE the room. Unfortunately I tried to tell myself we can go to sleep and ignore it, but even essential oils on my pillow weren’t enough to keep me from waking multiple times during the night because of the air quality of the room. Any one of those smells by themselves would have been a challenge but combined they were a lethal mix. A few short hours later we left-just to get out of there as soon as possible. Oh and I did not mention the gross, sticky floor. It felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Positives: an extra large tub and shower head for a luxury experience, our first room was nice and clean except for the fish smell, and the gentleman at the front desk was accommodating and did his best to help us. Overall worst hotel stay in years.

The gentlemen checking us in was very friendly. The room was pretty clean but the hotel is loud. You can hear every conversation and door close. Doors closing all night long. Breakfast was good but the lady running breakfast was not friendly at all.
