Inside this 4,000 square foot, oceanfront vacation home, you'll enjoy nights relaxing in the spacious living room with TV, cable, and DVD player. Five bedrooms (two downstairs and three upstairs including the 'dorm') have three queen beds, a full bed, and there are six twin beds in the upstairs, kid-friendly game room space. This game room also has a TV, comfortable furniture, and lots of room for playing, reading, or socializing. Three of the bedrooms have ocean views, including the downstairs master suite. There are also three and a half baths, a laundry room with washer and dryer, board games, and a stereo. Everything you'll need!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
