Awesome house

Plenty of space. Appliances and house were very clean. One of he best properties we have rented. Verify WiFi instructions. Cell phone coverage is very spotty in the property.

This was an incredible vacation for my family and I! The house was overall great, EXCEPT for the extremely dirty floors throughout along with cobwebs everywhere... We all had to wear socks/shoes the entire time inside due to how dirty the floors were. You couldn't tell until you looked at the bottom of your feet. That was a downer since we are a no shoes around the house kind of family. There were cobwebs everywhere. Led us to believe the home had sat vacant for a while or something. Cobwebs in both showers, 2 of the 4 sinks, all the light fixtures including the bottom of the living room lamp. The location and the house sitting along the river were our favorites. Quiet area, not even 10 minutes from Banner Elk, and parking were also perks! The beds were comfy (bring your own pillows if you like firm though). We also liked that majority of the lights were on a dimmer. We would definitely stay here again in the future but we'll bring slippers to wear around the house lol

Riverfront hideaway

We can’t recommend this place enough! Everything is top notch with the whiskey barrel decor and high end lighting and electric recliners and dual bathroom sinks and very comfortable beds! The curved architecture and hobbit theme are impressive. Back patio and side patio with access from both bedrooms! AND central air plus ceiling fans!!! This is a 100 out of 10!
