Front desk personnel both for late night check in and during the day were very nice. DIdn't realize there was a shuttle to ND stadium available. Will check it out next time. Steak and Shake was close by and Fatty's BBQ was also good.

Stayed for a nearby concert. I was worried because there were some bad reviews about cleanliness at other Avid hotels. I was relieved to find my room was clean and comfortable. Especially since the hotel was booked at capacity and I knew changing rooms was not going to be an option.

Very clean and simple concept. All the conveniences we needed were included. Loved the textured floors versus traditional hotel carpet. Our room didn't leave any hint of pets having been in it. I prefer when a hotel has some pet free rooms, as I have allergies to certain breeds. Comfy bed, and I also like the wall hooks provided for convenience. Breakfast area was just what we needed! Thanks!
