We enjoyed the view on the second floor, and the room was remarkably upgraded with granite counters and beautifully framed mirrors. It was simple, with nothing you didn't need, and most of what you would need. Simple... but hallelujah so was the price!! A clean, really pretty, well kept room with a view, super shower in a full bathroom. We will look forward to staying here again. I will say my husband never figured out how to use the TV, which was a bonus for me, but we were so tired from playing in the area, he was out quickly snoring. haha

Great little affordable spot

This place is great if your expectations are appropriate. We stayed here for a family winter weekend. The place was clean, and free breakfast was a bonus. We'd stay here again for a no-frills weekend outdoors.

It worked out great for us. The only thing we didn't have was soap for the bathrooms, just one for the bath. Only one bottle of shampoo and no Kleenex. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

Honestly, I had low expectations of the Lodge but I came away so Impressed. First of all (and most importantly to me), was that it was spotless! And besides being very clean, it was very roomy. It had two sinks, a microwave and a fridge—all for a very reasonable price. And on top of that, a more-than-decent breakfast is included. I not only highly recommend it, but definitely, if I’m visiting friends again in the area, I will only stay there. The staff is courteous. The parking is ample. And if you get the right room, you can get a nice view of the mountains. Thank you, Stewart Lodge. I hope to be back.
