Very great place to stay with friends and family or even a solo get away. It’s in the heart of downtown Ellicotville, walkable distance to shops, restaurants, and much more. The apartment itself was very clean and the pictures matched exactly to the in person experience. Loved spending the nights on the balcony enjoying the fresh air. Close enough to feel apart of the downtown vibe without being direct in line with the main foot traffic. If I ever find myself in the area again this on the top of my list of places to stay and would recommend it to everyone else in the area.
