Don’t let the word ‘budget’ fool you! It’s simply an amazing value!!! Amazing hotel, amazing team, amazing location, amazingly clean and amazingly convenient! Highly recommend! BETH, Assistant Manager, was professional and handled everything perfectly! Great service!!! I also love the fact that the owner and staff will respond to negative reviews professionally but also forcefully to counter have-told truths or stories from bad customers! Good for you!

Nice clean room. We were pleasantly surprised. Very nice folks running the property. We were goung to ride motorcycles for 3 days and asked if we could park there, they charged $30 in cash in advance, but we never did park at all fue to unforseen circumstances.

Made the reservation specifically because their hotel said they are pet friendly. After driving seven hours and not getting there until 11 PM we were told they are no longer pet friendly and they turned us away. We had to find another place to stay. Not at all happy that their information is not updated.

The management worked fast to correct an A/C issue. Room paint needs touched up but not bad. Furniture needs refreshing. Bed are firm but good. Excellent location to downtown. Restroom is small but is updated.

Our reservation said we could check in at 3 pm but they had a sign that said 4 pm check in. No one was at the office window and all doors into the office were locked. We rang the bell several times but no one came to the window. We left and returned later.

Small town, few options, not all bad

Older building, HVAC should be updated, they did update the bathroom and Sink area. Nice overall job but attention to detail lacking. Paint the door trim, dirty like a mechanics bathroom. Owners were very pleasant. Had to ask for toilet paper, they do not leave a back up roll in the room

Annoying But Cheap So Fine

Almost ran out of toilet paper. Didn't get shampoo for the 3rd and last morning. Things are pretty noisy, especially the air conditioning and the refrigerator. Had to turn the air conditioner off in order to sleep. Still would go there again because it was cheaper than the alternatives and that's what I care about

I have never been to Ellijay and was visiting family who recently moved there. I was worried about getting a hotel that was affordable and clean. I was very impressed with the room and was shocked at the value for my stay. Will be going back anytime I’m in town. Thanks so much from a northerner!

The rooms where advertised online as queen beds, they was full beds. Stood outside for check in for 15 mins before someone finally came. Check out was just as bad. There was nothing comfortable about the beds
