Nice view but can be kept better!

This was our first visit to Elijay and overall my family and I enjoyed our stay especially the balcony view. However there are two situations that were not so good for us. Although we paid our pet fee $75 please be aware that if you take your pet make sure he is not a barker because the neighbors around the property were exaggerated and inconvenienced by a few barking episodes from our pet. We were asked not to let him out too long because of the complaints of the neighbors. The second thing is that although for the most part the house was kept neat and organized, the hardwood floors were not clean and there was a lot of dust on furniture, drawers and closet. Also the refrigerador was not clean all the way spots of food and stains were left in it.
