The Space:

You’ll receive a gate code prior to arrival for access to the community. Upon arrival, you must check in with either the Welcome Center or Property Access to obtain your villa key card. Please do not go directly to your villa without picking up your key card.

Private entrance with 2 parking spaces



The Neighborhood:

Located in the center of a 5,500-acre gated mountain community, you’ll be surrounded by nature, privacy, and peaceful scenery—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The rec center and riverside pool are approximately a 15-minute drive



Getting Around:

Our mountain roads are narrow and curvy, so we recommend driving slowly and enjoying the scenic ride. All community amenities and gate entrances are conveniently located just a short drive from your villa.



Other Things to Note:

The villa includes a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience (please bring your own detergent). We provide a starter supply of coffee (one pot), toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional items can be picked up nearby at Walmart or Dollar General.



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is required at our Welcome Center. If you arrive before 5 PM, our Welcome Center staff will assist you; after 5 PM, please check in with Property Access staff. Please do not go directly to your villa, as you’ll need to pick up your key card first
