THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, THE BED AND PILLOWS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMADAING AND FRIENDLY. I LOVED EVRYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. BUT I WISH THEY HAD A HOT TUB. WILL STAY AGAIN.

All was well except check-in, hence the 4-star. It was early evening and only one employee present, and she was stuck cooking food. We needed to wait a while for her to finish. Not her fault, but frustrating that there was no front desk coverage, or at least no decision to close the kitchen with insufficient personnel.

Beautiful modern rooms kept very clean. We loved the bistro eatery downstairs. The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. The only downside is I am a sensitive sleeper and each night. There was a constant motorized sound throughout the night. Not sure if it was coming from the elevator, but I would suggest sleeping with a sound machine if you are staying here to block out the random noises you hear during the night.

We did a family trip we stayed for two nights the hotel charged me over $568 I paid thinking was a top level hotel but they failed to provide the most basic services like housekeeping. This lack of service spoiled the trip for me and my family. They are in the service industry, I hope they do not choose to provide different service based on the customers they host.

We like it there. We have stayed there several times. Always had super nice , helpful staff, especially front desk staff. Our room is always comfortable and clean and whatever we need is in there. Hard to beat!

Overall great stay

Overall great stay. The only two things I noticed were spiderwebs and cobwebs above the showers and in the windows of both of our rooms (I reserved two adjoining rooms as there are 5 of us) . Also there were no clocks in the rooms. I know everyone has cell phones but it’s just nice to not carry my phone around everywhere in the room. I will be staying here again!
