Very steep and dark path with a few flat pads far apart down side of place to get to entry. Very high entry step with a wobble block to work as step.Once in place was clean and nice to stay and sleep.Only had decaffeinated coffee which was disappointing. No whitener/cream.

We stay for 3 night ,we very happy, owner very nice, wark out aparment very clean, everythink like new, have big smart tv, all kitchen staff, and 30 min to Halifax, and it was so happy come back in nice place.

Perfect stay for our last night vacationing in Nova Scotia. Better access to get to the entrance would be an improvement. We were very happy that it wasn’t raining or could be dangerous.

Overall good, clean, location was great for us.

Pros - Good location, clean. Quiet. Owner was very available. Cons - Access to entrance definitely needs to be improved. It’s steep and steps are not easy to navigate, thankfully it didn’t rain much. Closet in bedroom is basically inaccessible. Mattress could use an upgrade, too soft. No facecloths

Property was nicer than expected. Very clean and equipped. Host was very accommodating. He was willing to give us a ride when we were unable to get an Uber. Highly recommend this property.

This was exactly as advertised. It's a basement suite in a new house with private entrance. Clean, private, quiet neighbourhood. We only needed to stay one night as we're on our way to see relatives, but could see staying a few days if I was going to explore the area. No cooking option, but there's a fridge and, if memory serves correctly, a small microwave. They supply coffee (keuig) but no creamer. There is WiFi. The bedroom was a little small, one bed... not sure if it was a double or a queen. Mattress and pillows were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and large. Nice couch. I was prepared to sleep there if hubby snored. He did not. That was good because I did not find a spare blanket. My only minor complaint would be that the grass around the flagstones leading to the door of the suite, which is at the back of the house, needed a trim 🙂 The owner is a great communicator and gave us all the info we needed to get into the code locked house without his assistance. He kept the lock programming available after 11, which was great because our flight was late. All in all, I was grateful to be in such a nice suite after along, hot, sticky flight. Thanks to Cheng, who was the unseen face behind this experience. Ten out of ten would stay again.

Our stay was perfect! Very cozy and surprisingly bright and airy considering it is the bottom level of the home. The bed was extremely comfortable and a god send for me as I have a bad back and travel did me in. We got rained out on our second day there and didn't mind our plans being ruined because we were so comfortable and everything we needed for a day in was only a few minutes drive away. Will definitely stay there again!

Nice place, it was nice that there was coffee and tea. There was also some two water bottles and bags of chips. There was no kitchen or something similar.It was far away from everything else we couldn't get a uber but the host was so nice to give us a lift to the airport. The host was very kind and communicative.
