This three bed three bath 2,000 sqft cottage offers easy walking distance to a stair-less beach access with golf cart parking. This house is close enough to the heart of Emerald Isle to grab a bite to eat and get your groceries but far enough away to avoid major congestion on the beach. The outside shower and outside access to refrigerator and freezer make going to and coming from the beach a breeze. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or tea on the wrap around deck. There is ample room for a boat to be backed into the drive with electrical access thru the covered parking. Keyless access available under the carport as well for a seamless check in. Main level living located upstairs with the two primary bedrooms and full kitchen. Den, children’s bunk room, pantry (with freezer for plenty of bagged ice for coolers), and third full bath with tub located downstairs in addition to the laundry closet. Linens, bath towels (limited beach towels), paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, laundry detergent, beach chairs (Shibumi, cool cabana, and beach cart) provided. This house is equipped with a whole home water softener system and reverse osmosis (culligan) drinking/ cooking water system in the kitchen.

Perfect location! Just an easy 3-minute walk to the beach access. The house was incredibly well stocked with beach essentials (chairs, canopy, wagon, towels) as well as household items and everything the family chef could need in the kitchen. Top-tier cleanliness, too!There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, and our host was extremely accommodating with our early arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning our family trip back for next year. Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful stay! The cottage was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything Emerald Isle has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and private.You can tell how much thought and care has gone into making this a comfortable place to stay. Rachel was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish.I truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. If you’re looking for a cozy, beautiful place to stay in Emerald Isle, I highly recommend this cottage!

Our stay in this home was so enjoyable. The house was very clean and well stocked. It was conveniently located to the beach and to restaurants. Rachel provided everything necessary for a great beach vacation with beach chairs, a cool cabana, beach towels, sunscreen and a shaboomie. The out door shower was a nice bonus as well as the charging cords for our phones. Additionally, we were very last minute to schedule our stay and the communication was smooth and prompt. I would love to return to this home for a longer stay.
